Tariffs
When a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit, the tariff quoted will be honoured.
Deposits
A deposit of $150 per apartment is required to secure a booking
High Season $300 per apartment is required .
Unit Allocation
All efforts will be made by management to place guest in a requested unit.
Where circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative unit will be allocated.
Payment
Balance of account to be paid on arrival.Payment by:
Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard,Eftpos or Cash(American Express, additional charges apply).A valid Credit card will need to be supplied for security puposes at check in.

Guests
One Bedroom up to 2 guests. Two Bedroom up to 4 guests. Three Bedroom up to 6 guests .
Guests over unit capacity additional charges apply.
Cancellation
Low season: Minimum 14 days notice,$50 Admin fee,balance of deposit refunded.
Less than 14 days:No Refund
High/Mid Season:Minimum 28 days notice, $50 Admin fee,balance of deposit refunded.
Less than 28 days:No Refund.
Following arrival,an amendment to a reservation that reduces the period of stay will not be refunded.
Strictly NO PETS allowed
Body Corporate By-Laws apply.

Check Out: Before 10.00am.
