Tariffs
When a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit, the tariff quoted will be honoured.
Deposits
A deposit of $150 per apartment is required at time of booking to secure the booking
High Season $300per apartment is required .
Unit Allocation
All efforts will be made by management to place guest in a requested unit. Where circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative unit will be allocated.
Payment
Balance of account paid on arrival and may be paid by:
Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard,or cash,(American Express, charges apply). |
Guests
One bedroom up to 2 people. Two bedroom up to 4 people. Three bedroom up to 6 people . Extra people over unit capacity charges will apply.
Cancellation
Low season: 14 days notification, refund of any deposit less $50 admin fee.
14 days or less notification-no refund
High/Mid Season: 28 days notification, refund of any deposit less $50 admin fee
28 days or less notification-no refund. .
Following arrival,an amendment to a reservation that reduces the period of stay will not be refunded.
Please note that Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Check Out: Before 10.00am.
